I was thrilled with the hotel's prime location, right at the heart of the city and perfectly near many museums. The room, although tight in space, offered a cozy king size bed and overstuffed chairs. The lack of a formal closet didn't bother me much as the bar and hangers were quite functional. The service was exceptional, with attentive housekeeping and useful amenities like grocery shopping service and tours/ticket assistance.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience! The location is amazing, right at the heart of the city with stunning views of Teatro Juarez and Monumento a El Pipila. The rooms were cozy, despite the lack of a formal closet, it did not bother me much as the view compensated for it.
